Description:RTN are looking to find an experienced Junior Designer with a kidswear background to join a Watford based retailer who are storming sales, has huge growth plans with great training and career progression in place Job Purpose: To support design for your department, developing the product strategy in conjunction with the Buyers and Merchandisers, which can then be translated into specific products for a range. You will be responsible for all research, cads, graphics and tech packs. You will travel to relevant fashion and trade shows and selected shopping trips innovating new product for customers
