Description:RTN are currently partnering with a Hertfordshire based retailer who are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Sourcing and Supplier Compliance Competitive salary package Job Purpose: Lead and implement Compliance and Technical quality assurance for our clients Brand. Ensure best practice, cost effective production delivering consistent quality standards. Lead the teams ongoing review of Suppliers performance and product quality, supporting and finding new sources as required. Supports the strategic planning of business growth and progression of the sustainability agenda maintaining strong supplier relationships. Manages and develops the Technical team.
